Hastelloy C22 Angle, Channel

Hastelloy is a nickel chromium molybdenum tungsten alloy; it has a high resistance property than nickel chromium molybdenum alloy. Hastelloy c22 has outstanding resistance property to resist crevice corrosion, chloride stress corrosion cracking, pitting corrosion, etc. It has an oxidization resistance and resistance to acid like sulfuric acid, and chloride ion. Hastelloy has a resistance property to various chemical environments, ferric and cupric chloride and chlorine, brine liquid, and other acids. This alloy is used in many applications like making nut bolts, tubes, pipe, fuel transportation tools, phosphoric acid production, making wine cellophane manufacture, etc. Hastelloy c22 angle shows a low ductility at room

temperature and high mechanical strength. The applications of Hastelloy c22 angles and channels used in various applications like building construction, chemical and petrochemical industry, offshore and mooring, seawater application, food processing, hotel equipment, hospital instruments, beverage, architecture, power plant generation, etc. The disc test applied on angle and channel for checking its capacity of bearing load.
