About Inconel 625
Inconel 625 is a nickel-chromium alloy and added other chemical elements like iron, carbon, cobalt, titanium, and silicon, etc. It is used for its excellent corrosion resistance and fabricability. This alloy working at high-temperature application, it can tolerate 1800 degree F. The molybdenum and niobium element secured from stiffening effect and heat treatment is not required for Inconel 625 alloys. This alloy has many properties like pitting and crevice resistance, great corrosion fatigue strength, resist chloride iron stress corrosion cracking and excellent tensile strength, etc. The biggest reason of its properties for using Inconel 625 alloy in seawater application, marine  

equipment, mooring cable, propulsion motor, blade for petrol motor gunboats and electric cable connector, etc. Inconel 625 resists the high corrosion and oxidation; it is a primary reason for using this alloy in chemical industries. And it is used and fabrication is very easy. Inconel 625 slating sheet and plates has great weldability and it is used in nuclear plants and reactors, pollution control machines. The molybdenum alloy makes Inconel 625 very resist of pitting and oxidation. Because of nickel alloy, it can bear high pressure and temperature, and used in an aircraft ducting system and in reverse system of a jet engine. Sheets and plate are used in chemical, nuclear and marine industries. Our product, Inconel 625 sheets, and plates used for wet erosion functions and it is bearing a -320 degree to 842 degrees F.
