Stainless Steel 321/321H Welded Pipes

Grade 321 stainless steel is beneficial for great temperature service as its excellent mechanical properties. Grade 321 alloys provide stress rupture and higher creep properties than grade 304 alloy. Mainly grade 304L alloy may also be measured for revelations where intergranular oxidations and sensitizations are apprehensions.
Corrosion resistance- Grade 321 alloy stainless steel offer general oxidation resistance that is similar to grade 304. It was made for usage in the range of chromium carbide precipitation 427 to 816 degree C (1800 to 1500 degree F) where un-stabilized alloys are issue to the intergranular crevice.The alloy can be suitable in pure phosphoric acids at elevated temperature, and many dilute

organic acids at high temperature and up to 10 percent solution of dilute at an average temperature. Grade 321 alloy attacks acid stress oxidation crevice in hydrocarbon solutions. It can be useful in fluoride free caustic resolutions and chloride at high temperature. Grade 321 alloys do not work well in a solution of chloride even in small sulfuric acid services or concentrations.

General properties-
Grade 321 (UNS S32100) is a titanium stabilized stainless steel with great corrosion resistance. It offers good resistance to intergranular oxidation after revelation to temperatures in the range of carbide precipitation 427 to 816 degree C (800 to 1500 degree F). This alloy attack corrosion up to 816 degrees C (1500 degree F) and goods stress and creep rupture properties than grade 304 L and 304. It also keeps low temperature hardness.

Grade 310H alloy (UNS S 32109) has a higher carbon version of the alloy (0.04 to 0.10). It was made for high strength at a temperature above 537 degrees C (1000 degree) and enhanced creep resistance. These are the general properties of Stainless Steel 321/321H Welded Pipes.
