Titanium Valves

These titanium valves are available in various grades such as Titanium Gr 2 Valves, and Titanium Alloy Grade 2 Forged Valve, Grade Titanium Gr 2/5 Check Valve, Ti UNS R50400 Globe Valve, Titanium Grade 5 Ball Valve, Ti Alloy UNS R56400 Needle Valves and many more. Titanium Gr2 valves- These valves have a good weight to strong resistance to oxidation and strength proportion. These grades are used in the paper industry, bleaching plants, and condenser tubing, heat exchangers. In consideration grade 2 titanium is a non-alloyed titanium. These titanium grade 2 valves are exposed in various varieties, for example, titanium Gr ball valves, titanium Gr 2 check valves, titanium Gr 2 butterfly valves and many more.

Titanium Gr 3 valves- Grade 3 is a common purpose grade of pure titanium that offers great oxidation resistance in high corrosion to slightly reducing environments such as a good strength to weight ratio, and chlorides. This titanium has great impact properties at low temperatures. It can be hot worked, cold worked, machined, welded, and cast.

Titanium Gr 5 valves- Grade 5 is an alloy with a combination of 0.2 percent oxygen, 0.25 percent iron, 4 percent vanadium, 6 percent aluminum. This grade is stronger than other categories and widely used in the titanium valves. Grade 5 posses a blend of fabricability, resistance, weld, value.

Titanium Valves applications- Titanium valves are mostly used for analytical instrumentation, process systems and manufacture industries such as:

Packaging- Titanium valves are packed in superior carton boxes. Every valve is secured by a plastic cap to avoid any damage in transportation. This accumulated product is also packed in polythene lock bags as per ratio number. The documentation such as Fumigation certification, heat treatment chart, QAP, packaging list, etc.
