Description of alloy 20:
Alloy 20 Flanges is an iron nickel-chromium austenitic alloy which is specially made for the resistance in acid attack. These alloys are having good corrosion resistance. It also resists corrosion and pitting and resistance to crevice corrosion in chemicals containing phosphoric and nitric acid, chloride and sulfuric acid. Alloy 20 is also called carpenter 20. It is having good corrosion resistance with easy fabrication and high mechanical strength. It is used in various chemical industries, food processing, plastic industries, and pharmaceutical.

Alloy 20 has excellent mechanical properties like tensile strength and fabricability. Also have mechanical properties like ductility, durability, and tensile strength, etc. It has a property to bear all types of acid and resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking too.
