Alloy description-
Flexible oxidation-resistant alloy does not require being heat treated solution, and it has fabricability, exceptional resistance to contained oxidation and to both reducing media and oxidizing. Crevice formation of grain-boundary causes and is so applicable for chemical method applications in the as-weld atmosphere. Grade C276 has good resistance to resist oxidizers such as chlorine dioxide, wet chlorine gas, brine solutions, acetic anhydride, hot contaminated media (organic and inorganic), cupric chlorides, and ferric.
