Incoloy 825 Forged Fittings

Incoloy 825 alloy is the chromium, nickel and iron-based material. It is having other elements added such as titanium, molybdenum, and copper. This nickel-based steel alloy chemical composition is developed for providing the resistance ability to several corrosive atmospheres. This material is similar to alloy 800. Furthermore, it is having very well improvised resistance ability to the aqueous corrosion. This grade is having very good resistance property to oxidizing and reducing acids.

The fabrication of Incoloy 825 materials is done in such a way that it becomes stress corrosion cracking resistance and localized attacks as well like crevice corrosion and pitting. This nickel steel alloy is resistant to sulfuric acid and phosphoric

acid. This nickel stabilized steel alloy is used in the applications like chemical processing, gas, and oil well piping, pollution control equipment, acid production, nuclear fuel reprocessing and pickling equipment.

Incoloy 825 Forged Fittings are having very good resisting ability against oxidizing-reducing acids and are able to resist stress corrosion cracking atmospheres. It has good resistant to localized attacks like crevice corrosion and pitting and highly resistant to acids like phosphoric and sulfuric is making it a good choice. It is having good mechanical properties at elevated and room temperature up to temperature 1000 Deg F. The material can be used in pressure vessel at temperature 800 deg F.
