Nickel Alloy 200 / 201 Fasteners

It has a high thermal conductivity and low gas content and vapor pressure. Nickel 201 grade is working at 600 degrees F, at this temperature the carbon alloy becomes critical. Because of lower carbon, it is prevented from graphitization. Nickel 200 and 201 alloys are forming at the 1600 degree F and annealing is performed at 1300 to 1600 degree F. Nickel N02200, N02201 Fasteners have high mechanical ductility and electrical conductivity at the high temperature. The fastener has excellent corrosion resistance and resistance to media alkalis, acids, and chloride, and environmental rust. Nickel 201-grade alloy working at 1230 degree F and it starts melting at temperature 2615 to 2635 degree F.

Characteristics of nickel grade 200 and 201 alloy
1. Resist to various corrosion and chemical, resistance to caustic alkalis, and resistance to natural and seawater, etc.
2. The high electrical conductivity and also has thermal and magnetostrictive properties.
3. Used to tolerate caustic soda and resistance to fluorine.
