These fasteners are easily machined due to its work hardening rates. It has relevant material removal rates than standard grades. These fasteners are processed from the hot working process in temperature 2100 to 2300 degree F. After, hot working process these fasteners are subjected to the quenching or cooling process. These fasteners are readily formable because of its higher ductility.
